Thank you for shopping with NovaTech. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.

 

1. Order Processing Times

Because we operate using a dropshipping model, processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier schedules.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

 

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the product and supplier location.

 

Estimated Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Some items may arrive sooner or in up to 20 business days depending on demand, product type, and fulfillment location.

  • Multiple items may arrive separately if shipped from different suppliers.

We always aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

 

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • U.S. territories

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (depending on carrier restrictions)

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product weight/dimensions

  • Supplier requirements

Some promotions may include free shipping, which will be clearly displayed when available.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear depending on the carrier and supplier.

If your tracking status shows in transit for an extended period, please contact us and we will investigate with our suppliers.

 

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

Although rare, delays can occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier backlogs

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain delays

If your package is delayed beyond 30 business days, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

Lost or stolen packages must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

 

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If you need to correct an address, notify us within 12 hours of placing your order.

 

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we work with third-party suppliers, once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Contact us immediately if you need assistance—we will do our best to help.

 

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the damage

  • Packaging images

We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
