Thank you for shopping with NovaTech. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for orders placed on our website.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because we operate using a dropshipping model, return procedures may vary by product and supplier.
To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be in unused condition and, when applicable, in its original packaging

  • You must provide required documentation such as photos or video showing the issue

  • Returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped back

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used personal items (e.g., sleep masks, wearable devices) for hygiene reasons

  • Items marked final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You will need to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue

  • Packaging and shipping label images

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement at no extra cost

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund, depending on the severity of the issue

We may ask you to return the defective item, depending on supplier requirements.

 

3. Change of Mind or Wrong Item Ordered

Because products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, we do not guarantee refunds for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Buyer error (wrong item, wrong color, wrong size)

However, we will review each case individually and may approve a return if the item is unopened and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, the order may have already begun processing, and cancellation may not be possible.

If the order has already been fulfilled, it must be handled as a standard return.

 

5. Refund Processing Times

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if required), refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund approval: 2–5 business days

  • Processing by bank/PayPal: 3–10 business days

Total refund time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We consider a package lost if it has not arrived within 30 business days from shipment.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund

If tracking shows a package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier and/or local authorities.
NovaTech is not responsible for stolen packages but will review cases individually.

 

7. Returning Your Item

Do not return items to any address listed on the package.
A return address will be provided by our team based on the supplier handling your order.

Unauthorized returns may result in:

  • Delays

  • Lost shipments

  • Ineligible refunds

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items.
For a different model, size, or product, a new order must be placed.
